LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness along with your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all my guests, appointments are completed as scheduled. If there is not sufficient time to complete your services, you will need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to make adjustments to correct the issue with no additional charge. This does not include a “change of mind”.

Since I offer free samples so you can “try before you buy,” I do not offer refunds on products.

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 25% charge will apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

If an appointment is missed without notification, a 50% charge will apply and will be due prior to a new appointment is scheduled.
