I understand that going to a new salon can be intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect.
Here’s some information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
Previsit
You should receive a digital notification when your appointment has been accepted.
Text confirmation is sent 1 week prior to appointment with another reminder 48 hours prior to appointment.
An email is also sent 72 hours prior to appointment.
*Please note my 24 hour cancellation policy.

Come Prepared
Clean Dry Hair
Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair (could be washed night before).
Please avoid using sticky or stiff products (ie. waxes, stiff gels and hairsprays)
as I will need to be able to run a comb through your hair.
Please have your hair styled down with your normal part.
Payment Methods
I accept cash, check and all credit/debit cards.
Location and Parking
I am temporarily located inside of Evergreen Salon and Boutique at
3601 Calvert Street Suite 12 Lincoln NE 68506
There is a parking lot off of Calvert Street.
Use the entrance on the north side of the building (facing Calvert).
After entering the building, the door to the salon is immediately to the right.
In My Chair
Before the Door
You will receive a text before your appointment with instructions of what to do when you get here.
You will also have the opportunity to customize your appointment if you so choose.
When You Arrive
If I have not already sent a text letting you know I am ready for you,
please text me to notify me of your arrival.
I will introduce you to the space to help you feel more comfortable.
How We Begin
We will start off your session with a thorough consultation about your hair to make
sure we are both confident on how we should proceed with your service.
My chair is a no judgement zone, I need an honest picture of your
hair history, lifestyle and hair goals. We will explore solutions and plans to create your perfect hair.
Bring inspiration photos and we will talk about the details before we begin.
Knowing what you don’t like is as important as knowing what you love.
Our Time Together
I will proceed with your service while you sit back and relax.
We can chat and get to know each other better (what happens in my chair stays in my chair)
or you can enjoy some peace and quiet.
Wrapping it Up
I want to make sure you feel empowered to love your hair not just when you leave the salon, but every day.
I do this by intentionally educating you on how to maintain and style your hair at home in a way that fits your lifestyle.
We accomplish this with a personalized styling lesson and product samples to try.
We’ll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be,
get you checked out and send you off to go turn heads with your beautiful new hair.
We are on this journey together. So after your first appointment,
I will be an available resource for you should you have any additional questions.
Policies
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Please give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you to avoid a rebooking fee.
Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a rebooking fee of 25% of the service scheduled does apply.
Failure to notify or come to your appointment will result in a 50% rebooking fee for the missed appointment.
Late Policy
Immediate notification is appreciated if you know you are running late.
If there is not sufficient time to preform your service, you will need to reschedule
and it will then fall under the cancellation policy.
Redo Policy
If there is something regarding your service that was spoken about during the consultation that needs to be tweaked or adjusted after leaving your scheduled appointment, you will have 1 week to reach out to Annette regarding this. She will be more than happy to make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge in most cases.
Under no circumstances are refunds issued for services provided.
Product Return/Exchange Policy
Generous samples are provided for most products so you are able to “try before you buy”.
Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are offered on products.
