Frequently Asked Questions

  • The frequency of washing depends on your hair type and lifestyle. Generally, 2-3 times a week is sufficient for most hair types, but if you have oily hair or exercise frequently, you may need to wash more often. Curly hair may benefit from less frequent washing to retain moisture.

  • To minimize frizz, use lukewarm water, avoid rough towel drying, and use a microfiber towel or soft t-shirt to gently squeeze out excess water. Follow up with a leave-in conditioner or curl cream if you have curly hair.

  • Using your fingertips instead of your palms helps you better control the pressure and ensure you’re massaging the shampoo into the scalp, which promotes circulation and effectively cleanses without over-scrubbing.

  • For best results, leave the conditioner in for at least 2-3 minutes while you finish the rest of your shower. This allows the product to penetrate and nourish your hair before rinsing out.

  • Adding a little water during shampooing helps to distribute the product evenly across your scalp and hair. This creates a lather that ensures your entire head is cleansed thoroughly.
